Whatever the reason, there are times when you just can’t make it to the gym. We’ve been there. And so long as you don’t use that as an excuse to skip workouts.

Los Angeles based personal trainers Ben Bruno and Anthony Yeung designed 10time-crunch workouts using just your bodyweight and dumbbells.

But if running isn’t your favorite cardio activity.

The morning-after pill is otherwise known as emergency contraception. It is typically taken up to 72 hours after sexual intercourse to prevent or terminate a pregnancy. The morning-after pill is made up of a high dosage of the birth control pill. It works in one of the same three ways as birth control pills do:
  1. Ovulation is inhibited, meaning the egg will not be released;
  2. The normal menstrual cycle is altered, delaying ovulation; or
  3. It can irritate the lining of the uterus so that if the first and second actions fail, and the woman does become pregnant, the human being created will die before he or she can actually attach to the lining of the uterus.
The result of the third action is a chemical abortion.
Some of the side effects of emergency contraception include:
  • nausea
  • vomiting
  • infertility
  • breast tenderness
  • ectopic pregnancy (can be life threatening)
  • blood clot formation
Currently there are no long-term studies of emergency contraception to know whether such high dosages of these chemicals are harmful.

You’ve Rallied for Life, now it’s time to get involved, right where you live, in protecting mothers and babies against abortion! The Rally for Life shouldn’t be the pinnacle of your pro-life involvement this year but your start, and we can help you do that.

TAKE PART IN PRAYER VIGILS AT ABORTION AGENCIES

Often women are pressured into abortion by their parents or their partner. They think that they have no other choice — they can’t afford a baby, they’re in school, they worry they’ll lose their job. They have no idea that there is another option, that they do have a choice. And that is where sidewalk counselors come in. Reaching out to these women in crisis can mean, literally, the difference between life and death.

SUPPORT THE CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTRE, STANTON HEALTHCARE BELFAST.

Every woman has an inherent right to embrace motherhood, regardless of income, race, ethnicity or place of residence. To women facing unexpected pregnancies, we provide practical, caring solutions which uphold the dignity of both mother and child. For more information on volunteering or donating,

JOIN YOUTH FOR LIFE NI AND TAKE PART IN EDUCATIONAL STREET OUTREACH

Youth for Life continue to bring the pro-life message straight to the heart of the public in our Street Information Sessions every Saturday in Belfast City Centre. Without our outreach, the public would be indifferent to the criminal existence of abortion.
As well as our weekly outreach, we have had many opportunities to attend events in Belfast and throughout Ireland, taking the outreach "on the road" and having fun in the process!

In response to David Ford MLA’s recently announced new Private Members Bill to allow abortion of unborn babies with life-limiting disabilities,[1] Bernadette Smyth, the director of Precious Life, stated:
“Over 99% of the people who responded to David Ford MLA’s consultation last year made clear that they want unborn babies with disabilities to remain protected under our laws. But David Ford has completely disregarded the will of the people of Northern Ireland by imposing this new Private Members Bill which is calling for the legalisation of abortion of disabled unborn babies right up to birth. This is lethal discrimination against disabled unborn babies. In fact, a similar Bill was debated in the Northern Ireland Assembly in February and defeated by 59 votes to 40!
Footnote 1: In October 2014, in response to then Justice Minister David Ford MLA’s proposals to legalise abortion in cases of so-called ‘lethal foetal abnormality’, Precious Life launched its PROJECT LOVE campaign and presented a total of 23,622 responses to the public consultation showing opposition to a change in our abortion law in Northern Ireland.
In April 2015, it was revealed that, of the 25,320 responses to that consultation, 25,140 of the responses opposed David Ford’s proposals for the lethal discrimination against disabled unborn babies in Northern Ireland.

Today’s news that a paediatric pathologist in Northern Ireland has resigned because of the illegality of abortion in cases where an unborn child has been diagnosed with a life-limiting disability in Northern Ireland, Bernadette Smyth, the director of Precious Life, commented:
“Of course, anyone would be traumatised bringing the remains of a little aborted baby to the mortuary for a post-mortem. It is disturbing and horrifying to even think of it.
“In today’s discussion it was painfully clear that mothers and fathers in Northern Ireland are not receiving the care and support they need when their little baby has been diagnosed with a life-limiting condition. Many were caught up in the so-called ‘need’ for legalised abortion, but abortion is not the answer. Rather, our politicians, healthcare professionals, and the media must direct their attentions to the need for better provision of perinatal hospice care.
“Perinatal hospice care is an interdisciplinary approach to caring for an unborn child with a life-limiting disability and the family. The aim of everyone involved is to care for the child, as well as focusing on comforting the parents and family and allowing time and privacy for them to bond with their special baby, no matter how brief that time may be.”
So that no mother ever has to feel abortion is the answer in these tragic, heartbreaking circumstances, our government must uphold our pro-life laws but immediately implement policy changes to ensure better provision of perinatal hospice care in hospitals throughout Northern Ireland
Ann Furedi, CEO of BPAS said in an article in The Huffington Post recently:
“Abortion may be an act of killing – but it kills a being that has no sense of life or death, and no awareness of itself as distinct from others,”
Precious Life shared this statement on facebook, commenting:
"Ann Furedi , CEO of BPAS knows abortion is killing, but still has an agenda to promote it up to birth anyway!"
In addition to this, what makes someone's lack of self-awareness any justification for someone else to kill them? Scott Klusendorf, US Pro-Life apologetic gives this example:
"Suppose you are in a terrible motorcycle accident that leaves you comatose for two years.  During that time, you lack the immediately exercisable capacity for self-awareness and have no sense of yourself existing over time.  Are you the same person even erge from the coma with no memory of your past life.  Your wife and kids are strangers.  You touch the hot stove and get burned.
Ann Furedi responded to our comment on Twitter, 'tweeting': "Too right I've an agenda: that all persons should have freedom of conscience, self-determination and bodily autonomy"
An abortion survivor, Paula, recently give her testimony about having an abortion, and the lack of counselling before it: "Inside I went to reception and was asked for my bank details and was told to take a seat. I was offered no counselling. It felt like a business transaction."
Ms Furedi, where is the freedom of bodily autonomy of the baby, whose body is fully formed by just 12 weeks, that is being pulled apart limb by limb? Whe for mothers like Paula, who are being denied real facts about abortion. In order to have so-called freedom of conscience, women need to be informed of all the facts surrounding abortion.

“The dark underworld of the abortion industry is finally beginning to crumble” declares Bernadette Smyth, the founder and director of Precious Life, as the latest series of Planned Parenthood videos go viral, writes Anne OHare.

As the 8th video exposing Planned Parenthoods inhumanity, please read this article by Anne O Hare.

A world in which medical practice serves the good of human nature rather than exploiting and destroying vulnerable and defenceless human beings is a world that seems to be slipping through our fingers and the consciences of many politicians, judges and healthcare professionals. But Daleiden and his army of journalists are not letting go of our moral duty to respect and protect our fellow human beings and are not allowing us to let go of it either.

Daleiden is the project director of the Human Capital project; a thirty-month-long investigative journalism study by the Center for Medical Progress documenting Planned Parenthood’s illegal sale of body parts of aborted babies. Since July, eight videos have been released showing Planned Parenthood officials discussing illegal partial birth abortions and haggling over aborted baby parts with journalists posing as medical research company executives. For instance, in the fifth video Melissa Farrell, the director of research for Planned Parenthood, claimed aborted baby remains have been sold to bio-tech companies for the purpose of creating human mice. Mice continue to be bred to allow their tissue to take on more realistic human properties from the human organs provided, claimed one online news source reporting on the emerging crisis.

In 2013 David Daleiden founded the Center for Medical Progress as a vehicle through which to pursue long-term, sophisticated investigative-journalism dedicated to the monitoring and reporting on medical ethics and advances, particularly those that impact on the value and dignity of human beings.
